Ghanaian diva, Belinda Ekuah Amoah aka Mzbel, has publicly avowed that she will never get married till the end of time. According to her the songstress, it will be over her dead body to walk down the aisle with a man because she cannot afford to be a “slave”.
According to the mother of one who suffered a terrible miscarriage last two months which confessed that she was the cause of her own ill-fate, marriages indirectly destroys the freedom and comfort of one used to enjoy when he/she was single.
She further added that, in a typical a African setting, wife are excepted to be submissive which she can’t.
During an interview with Delay, the 16 years hitmaker said;
I don’t want to ever get married, I will never get married, and I just don’t want to be a slave for any man
I want to be free and do things at my will. The reason is simple, my job comes with a lot of issues and even in relationships, it is difficult to get the man to understand how much more marriage. I just don’t want anybody asking me who texted me, who called me, why are you wearing this, why are people saying this about me and all that,
