Davido cancels his most anticipated December music concert
CEO of DMW music group, Davido, who earlier announced that a gargantuan music event which will feature all his signees and himself inside Eko Hotel; Come-28th of this month, has churned out new info concerning the music program.
In an new flyer which has been spotted on his IG page, the music icon has publicly notified that the music event has been cancelled due to the novel coronavirus which is till hanging in the atmosphere at the moment.
He attached the statement below to the flyer he shared on his socail media pages about the cancellation of the music night.
Following increased and overwhelming concerns with the rise of Covid-19 cases in Lagos, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming ‘Davido Presents DMW Live In Concert’ scheduled to take place on Dec 28th.
The health and well-being of our fans, employees and artists is of paramount importance so whilst we are disappointed, we know it is the right thing to do.
Thank you to everyone that purchased tables. Your support brought us way closer to sold out status than we expected in a very uncertain time! We look forward to bringing you a DMW live in concert in the very near future.
