According to him, the government cannot be relied on as it is unable to make available to citizens the basic necessities of life that include good health care, education, electricity and roads.
The chief priest went on to downplay the hope that citizens have in a government that he says denies citizens of things that are their right to have. He also indicated how hope cannot be placed in a government that refused to share palliatives to citizens.
