Goncalo Guedes scored the only goal of thegame as Portugal saw off Holland 1-0 in thefinal to win the inaugural Nations League trophy.
Later in the evening the squad gathered on a balcony on the second floor of Porto’s city hall and lifted the trophy highinto the airin front of thousands of fans who flooded the street below.
Ronaldo led the celebrations as he picked up a microphone and started speaking to those gathered on Avenida dos Aliados.
Supporters were captured climbing on street lights and statues to get the best view as they paid tribute to their footballing heroes.
