“Jerusalema” as a song by South African DJ and record producer, Master KG, featuring South African vocalist Nomcebo has made many waves across the length and breadth of the globe. The upbeat gospel-influenced house song was initially released on 29 November 2019 after it garnered positive response online, with a music video following on 21 December. In Ghana, one pioneer who has made several renditions of the song is Nathaniel Mensah aka Ajeezay. In fact, Ajeezay has even made a remix of it with Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, popularly known as Funny Face.
They actually called theirs “Jerusalema Soup”. As a global soundtrack which has received a lot of dance videos in the clubhouses, churches, and almost everywhere, people just like cruising with it.
Well, the latest to jam to this track is a small girl who has warmed hearts with her smile, diction, and lyrical understanding of the song. The “toddler” who looks about 2 years really had a nice moment with the song.
