Cargo truck supposed to carry goods busted for carrying people traveling from Accra to Tamale (photos)

A cargo truck has been busted for carrying people traveling from Accra to Tamale instead of serving its original purpose of carrying goods.

Information available to Gossips24.com suggests the truck was carrying more than 20 people who were escaping the lockdown in Accra.

Sources reveal the truck was busted at the COVID-19 joint security at Duampompo in the Ejisu-Juaben Municipality which has also been affected by the lockdown.

The truck is currently in the possession of the Ejisu MTTD department of the Ghana Police service. The driver of the truck has also been arrested.
