Seasoned ace media personality widely known Captain Smart has severly criticised the sitting President, Nana Akufo Addo and the ruling NPP political party for subtly playing politics with the novel coronavirus, Gossips24.com reports.

The plain-spoken radio presenter who is the host of Angel Fm’s morning show brutally blasted Akuffo Addo, for indirectly begging the final year SHS Students to vote for him to retain power in the impending general elections

According to Captain Smart, Ghanaians will vote citing his from Akuffo Addo’s first term performance which will tell whether he deserves a second term or not.

These successive backslashes from Captain Smart to Nana Akuffo Addo and his NPP led government is his disapproval of the re-opening of;

Schools for final year students most especially this year’s WASSCE candidates whilst COVID-19 positive cases keeps increasing in number on a daily basis.

As alleged by Captain Smart, it’s obvious Akuffo Addo and the NPP ruling party have a political backed mentality and strategy for settling on such inhumane decision.

Captain Smart expressed great anger towards Akuffo Addo’s decision on the re-opening of schools in the course of hosting his (Anopa Bosuo) morning show some few hours ago.

Full of great annoyance and detest, Captain Smart fiercely criticised Akuffo Addo by professing the following;

What Akufo Addo must know is that the SHS students are not the deciders of the 2020 elections, so he keeping the students with intentions of registering them and making them vote for him won’t work

It is senseless to tell parents not to visit their wards but to ask your party officials go and campaign to them doesn’t makes sense right?

As insisted by captain Smart, its common sense defying for schools to be re-opened whilst proper plans are not laid to see to the wellbeing of the students, teaching and non-teaching staff.
