‘Being A Kumasiano Has Affected My Career’ – Flowking Stone

In an interview Gossips24.com monitored, the ‘Go Low’ rapper, speaking to Showbiz lamented that artistes who are living outside Accra are being affected because everything wavy is centered on the capital, Accra.

He stated that he played lots of shows during the Christmas season, but because all these shows were in Kumasi, the publicity was poor hence he was hardly noticed.

“Everything is happening in Accra. Apart from all the connections and sponsors here, all the event centres are here in Accra, talk of the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), the National Theatre, the Fantasy Dome, the Banquet Hall of the State House just to mention a few.

I get almost 80 per cent of my shows in Kumasi. I was one of the busiest artistes last year but because I was in Kumasi, hardly did anyone noticed me because all the focus was on Accra”, Flowking Stone told Showbiz.
