Wendy Shay’s head is on the chopping board after making a tweet over the death of NBA star Kobe Bryant.
The death of American Basketball player Kobe Bryant eight others was confirmed after their helicopter land-crashed followed by an explosion.
Mourning the renowned sports personality, Wendy Shay tweeted;
‘RIP Kobe Bryant until we meet again’.
It is not clear whether Wendy Shay had a personal relationship with the late superstar, however, Ghanaian twitter trolls found her words as ‘an attention-seeking.’
“Do you know him? He doesn’t sing o,” a user with the name @WagesWorld asked Wendy Shay.
Her tweet which has over 3K likes and over 100 retweets, has generated lots of discussions on Ghana’s trends.
