NDC’s General Secretary, Mr Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, also known as General Mosquito who is one of two witnesses for former President John Mahama is set to face the supreme court judges in some few hours time.
The NDC bigwig is expected to step into the witness box today to testify against the EC.
This development follows after the court dismissed the petitioner’s application requesting the court to review its ruling yesterday.
John Mahama and his lawyers led by Mr Tsatsu Tsikata were denied the request to ask the Electoral Commission (EC) some 12 questions with the notion that they had no witnesses for their case.
The supreme court then subsequently directed the petitioner (John Mahama) to put his first witness in the box tomorrow for the hearing to commence.
