Devastating news which has hit the Nigerian parliament is a confirmed report, which details the death of Obasi Kingsley who was the assistant to the Ebonyi state house and also served as their deputy speaker.
From what we have gathered, the young politician was shot to death by some yet to be apprehended gunmen whiles he was on his way home yesternight, Wednesday, November 11.
The deceased is said to have been preparing for his wedding which was scheduled to come off this weekend.
The notorious armed thugs made away with an undisclosed sum of money, mobile phones and his wedding invitation cards.
Confirming the unfortunate incident to the media, a family member said it was a case of a robbery gone bad.
