Award-winning Ghanaian investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas has dropped his latest exposé on COVID-19.
The exposé dubbed “Cashing in on COVID-19” was released on Monday, August 10, 2020.
This documentary is being released a few months after the ace journalist exposed some herbal medicine producers who were selling unapproved coronavirus cures to the public.
The latest report will however expose hospital staff who are cashing in on the virus by selling Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) meant for use by health personnel.
With the first investigation posing as the brother of a man infected with the virus, Mr Anas sets out to find so-called cures, some of which were advertised on radio, and expose the men who manufacture and sell them.
The investigation focuses on scammers known as the “Abdellah brothers.”
