Lawyer for Akuepm Poloo has finally filed an appeal over her 90 days sentence on Friday at the Criminal Court 2 of the High Court.
Deep throat source who gave Gossips24.com a hint indicated that that they will also file for a stay of a sentence as the appeal application is being heard.
This comes after lawyer for Akuapem Poloo Mr Andrew Vortia on Friday said he will appeal the 90-days jail sentence of the actress.
Akuapem Poloo born Rosemond Brown has been sentenced to 90 days imprisonment after her conviction on charges of publication of obscene material and domestic violence.
