Akuapem Poloo Threatens To Sue Musician For Using Her Name In A Song

Instagram slay queen and actress, Akuapem Poloo has threatened to sue underground artist, Black P and his management for using her name in a song without her consent.

Underground artist, Black P, who is somehow related to Too Much of Junka Town movie fame, released a hit song dubbed Atanfo Ny3 Nyame a month ago.

Well, in one of the lines in the song, Black P said, “Akuapem Poloo bese3 y3ns3e da”, to wit, “Akuapem Poloo usually says we are never going to perish.”

However, many would expect Poloo to be least offended by the words used since they weren’t derogatory nor unprintable words used in the actual line in the song, but, the actress has taken offense.

According to Poloo in a video sighted by, she is dragging the underground artist to court for using her name in the song without prior notice.

She said,“This is the main reason why i did this video, Black P Gh, you don’t respect at all. You and your management don’t respect, most of you guys don’t respect. If you want to use a whole me, my name in a song ah, you just have to contact I and my management team….if you don’t come and see us, i will sue you”
