The Black Satellites of Ghana announced their presence in this year’s edition of the Africa U20 Cup of Nations with a heavy win over Tanzania in Group C opener.

On the 3rd minute, Dreams FC youngster Percious Boah opened the floodgate for the Black Satellites with a sumptuous free-kick which goalkeeper Daniel Mgore failed to rescue his side in the early minutes.

The Tanzania U20 calmly possessed the game with hopes of getting the equaliser before the half-hour but their upfront were prevented by the back line of the West African nation.

Steadfast FC winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku doubled the lead for the Ghana U20 side with a long range strike which earned him applauds from the fans who witnessed the game in Nouadhibou.

Tanzanian could be found guilty for not making any good impact in the first department despite their brilliant passes. In the second half, Ghana continued to execute their plan of scoring more goals with the inclusion of Legon Cities whizzkid Matthew Anim-Cudjoe as replacement for Appiah Ansu Eric.

Boah registered his second goal for the Black Satellites with a fine strike on the 71st minute of the game.

Schalke 04 young forward Joselpho Barnes sealed the famous win for the Ghana U20 team with his goal on the 88th minute of the game.
