Wife of the most awarded African rapper of all time (Sarkodie), Tracey Sarkcess, has shared an adorable video of herself seriously working out to burn all the fat in her body to maintain her physique and also stay healthy in the process.

In ths video, her infant son, Michael Nana Yaw Owusu Addo Jnr nicknamed MJ, was also around his mother moving to and fro and doing his own thing.

The new mother did a couple of situps, squats, and lifting in this seconds long video.

It could be recalled that she posted a similar video of herself working out not long after bearing MJ.

Well, netzineswho have had a glimpse of the video have asserted that Tracy Sarckcess’ continuous workouts were inspired by the body shamming she suffered some months ago.
