Ghanaian musician cum politician Kwame A Plus has been hit with a 10m lawsuit by Hassan Zein, a Ghanaian businessman who claimed the musician has defamed his reputation.
According to reports A Plus had used his picture to make some defamatory statements against him which intend to spoil the hard-earned reputations that he has built over the years.
Taking A Plus to court the businessman has asked the court to fine the musician a whopping Ten Million Ghana Cedis (GHS 10,000,000.00) and an order to retract the said defamatory comment and picture through the same medium used in defaming him.
