Many chastised the Dancehall King, Shatta Wale for calling Stonebwoy ‘apakye’ [a cripple] during their recent clash at the Asaase Radio Soundclash.
Shatta Wale in a recent interview with Sammy Flex on Zylofon FM explained why he used all sort of unprintable words on Stonebwoy during the Asaase Soundclash dubbed “Clash to Crush Covid”.
Shatta stated that himself and Stonebwoy agreed that they can both diss themselves even to the extent of using their various deformities as weapons to score points and as well entertain their audience.
However, immediately the show got heated and Shatta Wale called Stonebwoy a cripple, the latter became emotional on stage, and even took offense in Shatta’s utterance during the clash.
“Before we got on stage, Stonebwoy told me that I can call him Apakye and he will also call me Gbee Naabu..but he eventually got emotional,” Shatta Wale said.
