Ghana Education Service (GES) and the Lands Ministry and Lands Commission partnered to identify a private developer for its land at Roman Ridge.
On Monday, they stated that the land being occupied by 15 Ministry of Education and GES officers and Accra Technical Training Centre staff would soon become a high-density residential facility.
The project would result in 40 flats and additional facilities when completed.
GES further assured the easy relocation of affected staff to ensure the smooth development of the land.
“Management takes this opportunity to assure all staff affected that they will be given first priority on completion of the project.
“It is the expectation of Management of GES that all stakeholders will cooperate and collaborate to ensure the smooth and successful completion of the project.”
