Ghanaian actress cum activist, Yvonne Nelson is not sparing the Akuffo-Addo led administration as she lashes the current government on social media.
According to Yvonne Nelson, the country has been borrowing since independence and though Akuffo Addo, during his campaign season whiles in opposition promised Ghanaians he will never borrow irresponsibly like his predecessor John Mahama.
The actress in a series of tweets also hinted that the president though is aware of the sufferings of the commoners, has decided to turn a blind eye.
She tweeted; “Mr President @NAkufoAddo Ghanaians NO DEY SEE TOP!!!! I know you know! We are suffering!”
She added that Ghana’s attitude towards borrowing is so abysmal that even the major source of hydroelectric power in the country, Akosombo Dam, is not ours.
Another tweet read; “We have borrowed saaaaaaaa! Since independence! Akosombo dam sef no be wanna money!”
