Ghanaian young rapper Kwame Dame who recently released his 9 song Ep titled “Hill Street” has gained a good number of followings as he joins Ghana’s top rappers, Sarkodie and Manifest on Apple Music HipHop chart.
Samuel Nana Kwame Odame Ampofo with showbiz name Kwame Dame is a young Ghanaian Hip-Hop and Afrobeat artiste who came to the spotlight with his viral video “Welcome to Ghana”, a song that explains some Ghanaian lifestyles, especially among the youth.
“Hill Street” Ep is the first ever tape compiled by Ghanaian rapper Kwame Dame. Hill Street is a street name that links some popular neighborhood in Accra (Nima, Accra New Town and Kokomlemle).
The tape was put together to show appreciation to the neighboring communities Kwame Dame grew up from.
The nine-track EP has Kuvie, Fortune Dane & MikeMillzOnEm as some of the music producers on the Hillstreet EP.
After the release of the Kwame Dame – Hillstreet EP, it climbed to number three on Apple Music Chart within 12 hours.
Currently, the EP is dinning among the legends on iTunes HipHop Chart – Ghana after barely 48hrs of release.
