In a humble submission this morning on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Emmanuel Barnes, popularly known as Mr. Logic, in a humble submission has opined that Ghanaian singer Gregory Bortey Newman, better known as King Promise, is as much better as DML’s Adedamola Adefolahan, known professionally as Fireboy DML.
Firebiy DML, who was billed to perform his smash hit “Peru” at the just ended BET Awards, is named one of the best young musicians in the country now, but Mr. Logic is saying otherwise.
In his own words he said:
Fireboy DML is not the best talent from Africa. You can match him boot-for-boot with King Promise. But why wasn’t the latter given the chance to perform? Our artists need to step up a little bit.
