News gathered by Gossips24.com has that outspoken media personality, Captain Smart has finally been found.
This follows earlier reports that the host of the Maakye Morning Show on Onua TV/FM, Blessed Godsbrian Smart famed as Captain Smart had gone missing after he had been detained by the National Security Secretariat.
However, in a report filed by 3News.com, he was found at the GREDA Estate Police Station.
The celebrated broadcaster was reported missing on Thursday, February 3 morning hours after he was taken into National Security custody.
Captain Smart, said to be facing two respective counts of charges of extortion and abetment to extortion was whisked away by the state security shortly after an Accra Circuit Court granted him bail on Wednesday, February 2.
He was however nowhere to be found at the National Security offices when the management of Media General, owners of TV3, Onua FM/TV and many others visited the facility on Thursday.
The report said no record of him was found at the Ministries Police Station as well.
“He was then caged for the night despite reportedly meeting the bail conditions,” the report noted.
“When top management of Media General, the mother company of Onua FM and Onua TV, visited the secretariat to visit the radio host, he was nowhere to be found”.
“Enquiries directed the team including Group Chief Executive Officer Beatrice Agyemang to the Ministries Police Station, where they were told he was not in the records to have been there,” 3news.com report explained.
Further checks by the management of the media giants following this led them to the GREDA Estate Police Station, where their employee was being held at.
