Nana Aboagye Dacosta a veteran highlife musicaian has come out to reveal that he would be suing Captain Planet and Kuami Eugene for sampling his song for their own version.
According to Nana Dacosta his popular song ‘Feeling Bam’ was sampled by the two musiacain to make their own hit song titled “Abodie” which has gained much airplay.

He further went ahead to reveal that the musician was supposed to seek his permission for using his copyrighted content for their own song and would soon be hearing from his lawyers.
Nana Dacosta who was speaking during an interview with Adom FM revealed that a lot of musicians in Ghana have been infringing on their copyright without being called to order but he would be setting a trend with the Lynx record label signee and Captain Planet of the defunct 4×4 music group.
