President of the Republic of Ghana His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo has finally apologized to the people of Cape Coast for promising them a harbour.
The president who was speaking during an interview with Kwame Sefa kayi on Peace Fm sent some words of apology to them when asked his view on the harbour matter.
According to the president, there is no way there can be a harbour at Elmina, Taroadi as well as Cape coast as it was a mistake on his part.
He however revealed that he is sorry and the people of Cape Coast should realize he is also a human and he can make mistakes as well.
Let me confess, I made a mistake on the cape coast matter. we have to have a rethink. We cannot have a harbor in Takoradi, Elmina and Cape coast as well. But I have to apologize to the people of Cape Coast.
