Nana Wiafe Akenteng III, the Paramount Chief of Offinso who happens to be the third in command of the Ashanti kingdom has been confirmed dead.

According to report, the paramount chief passed away yesterday October 2, 2021.

Nana Wiafe Akenteng III was said to have passed away whiles been given treatment at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.

the chief was said to have sat on the stool for 28 years after he was enstooled in November 1993.
