After being caught stealing with a companion, a 13-year-old infamous thief admitted to being a chain smoker and a shoplifter.
Ogaga, a 13-year-old child who allegedly steals garments and sells them in the market, was interviewed after he got busted and during the interview, he stated that he is an orphan who must steal to exist.
Residents claim that Ogaga and his companion Tomiwa were caught stealing garments from clotheslines and shoes from doorsteps. When asked why he smokes, Ogaga stated that he thinks too much.
