The University of Cape Coast is set to confer a doctorate degree on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for his immense contribution to education in the country.
On Saturday, May 29, 2021, the University of Cape Coast will bestow on the president a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership degree.
The event will come off during a special congregation citing from a press release seen on the social media pages of the presidency.
Mercy Dapaah-Karikari, the secretary to the President confirmed his acceptance of the decision by the university’s council in a letter sent to Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, the Minister of Education.
