THE battle line has been drawn and multiple award winning dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has been crowned the VGMA 2019 dancehall artiste of the year.
VGMA 2019 Dancehall artiste of the year category was one that everyone looked forward to as fans of Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy voted immensely for their artistes.
Prior to the awards night, there were rumors that Stonebwoy had invested huge sums of cash into winning of the awards at the VGMA 2019 by charging his fans to vote for him; if true, then this has earned him the crowned.
The category saw the top reggae/dancehall giants in Ghana all battling it out, namely, Samini, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale.
Today, 19th May 2019, Stonebwoy has been cronwed VGMA 2019 Dancehall Artiste of the year.
