Popular Ghanaian comedian Derrick Kobina Bonney also known as DKB has withdrawn the police case he filed against actress Akuapem Poloo.
DKB, in a video sighted by Gossips24.com indicated that he had withdrawn the case he filed against Poloo even though she managed to defame his character.
The comedian revealed that many widely known industry players both in and outside Ghana like Sonnie Badu, called him to plead on Poloo’s behalf.
DKB also added that Poloo’s mum called someone he (DKB) repects to plead with the person for over an hour to speak to DKB to drop the case.
Poloo’s mum is believed to have said that she was scared for her daughter because she could land into fresh trouble should DKB go ahead with the lawsuit.
DKB said he was touched by the people who spoke to him so he decided to let Akuapem Poloo go scot-free.
