The 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards will commence tonight at exactly 8:00pm at the Accra International Conference Center with Kwami Sefa Kayi as the host of the main event.
The 20th edition of the VGMA will start with the red carpet at 7:30 pm. And it will be hosted by 3FM’s Giovani Caleb and Sika Osei.

The Reggae/Dancehall Artiste category has always been a controversial one as fans of the two biggest dancehall artistes in the country always fight and throw tantrum when their artiste doesn’t win.
This category has over the years been a ‘two man’ award, dangling between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy and sometimes Samini.
And this has contributed to the never ending ‘beef’ between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy as fans of both parties claims their artiste is the best.
Well the tables could turn this time around and we hope it does! We’re so sick and tired of the #Bhimnatives and #ShattaMovement fighting over who is ‘King’ among the two
