Haruna Iddrisu of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has said that James Gyakye Quayson has not been served any case from the court.

He made this known during the Inauguration of the 8th Parliament of Ghana is currently underway on Thursday, January 7, 2021.

He further said courts do not determine elected members of the parliament.

Haruna Iddrisu added that the NDC are in court because they are questioning the legitimacy of the outcome of the 2020 elections.
