Veteran Ghanaian actor, Prince Yawson, popularly known as Waakye has hit the streets of Accra to massively campaign for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In the photo sighted by Gossips24.com on social media, the veteran actor was seen on the streets preaching the gospel of NPP to the people of Ghana.
He is also seen alogside Movie Producer and Head of Programmes for the National Commission on Culture for the Creative Art, Socrates Safo.
This isn’t surprising since Waakye a few days ago debunked rumours that the ruling NPP had neglected him after publicly endorsing them.
He was reported to have been diagnosed with a mild stroke. Recently, after he was hospitalized, it was alleged that it had not been easy garnering funds to cater for his hospital bills, and that the Actors’ Guild had neglected him.
