Multiple BET Award winner, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie, and the 2020 VGMA Artiste of the year, Kuami Eugene have exchanged words for the first time since ‘Happy Day’ went wrong.
The 2019 VGMA Artiste of the decade and the VGMA 2020 artiste of the year were all over the place yesterday following the release of their collaborative single, ‘Happy Day’.
The song which was tipped an endorsement song for the NPP and Nana Addo was not well received by a section of Ghanaians which got Kuami Eugene making all sorts of claims in his encounters with the media.
According to Kuami Eugene, he had no idea the song was an endorsement song for the NPP and felt a bit disappointed and betrayed for how Sark led him on.
However, this morning, Eugene took to Instagram to share a video of the very song he expressed his displeasure over.
As usual, Sarkodie took to the comment section of the post saying “We made magic 🔥🔥🔥”. Kuami also replied to his comment saying “@sarkodie 100% BossU 🙌🏾”.
It appears both parties have had talks behind closed doors and have come to a resolution.
