A man in his early 30s has been beaten to death by commercial sex workers at Sunyani-Newtown in the Bono Region
Reports have it that after using the sex workers’ services, the man, who has not been identified, is said to have refused to pay them.
After one sex worker refused to be paid, the others were summoned to beat him according to local radio station Nimdee FM. He was severy beaten by the angry s3x workers until he passed out.
Following the gruesome murder, the Sunyani District Police division was notified, and one of the sex workers and the landlord, who is claimed to be physically challenged, were arrested to assist with the investigation.
The house where the incident occurred has been secured since then.
The deceased’s body was taken to the Sunyani Regional Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
