LEAKED: Letter Shows Parliament notified Prez Nana Akuffo-Addo about new chamber

A letter intercepted by Gossips24 reveals Parliament notified the Executive about the proposal to construct a new and expanded legislative chamber.

The Speaker of Parliament disclosed that President Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo had agreed to attend a sod-cutting ceremony for the new chamber.

“The President, in principle, has actually agreed to come and cut the sod the moment we are ready. So you can see that there is a lot of goodwill for this project,” Prof Mike Oquaye had said at a media briefing on the project.
