Deputy General Secretary of the largest opposition party, National Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Otokonor, has ridiculed Vice President Dr.Mahamudu Bawumia and the members of the New Patriotic Party at the National Delegate Conference held at the Accra sports stadium earlier today.
Mr. Otokonor who was addressing the masses on behalf of the National Democratic Congress as invited political party, at the end of his speech hilariously took a ball of Kenkey from his loosed- fitting garment (Jalabiya) and Ghana Card.
“When I was coming I bought this Kenkey and was sold for Ghs 5. And guess what I bought it with my Ghana Card” he said ridiculously.
The historic event is Npp’s constitutional obligation to elect new national executives to man the affairs of the party. At least 10 position will see tough race but eyes are glued to who becomes the National chairman and General Secretary of the party in the next 4 years.
Several other political party were equally invited to witness the exercise.
