Dancehall guru Shatta Wale has disclosed a rather shocking decision that changed his life forever.
The celebrated Ghanaian artist unveiled during an interview on 3FM’s morning show known as Urban Blend that his dreams and aspirations in life was to become a recognized lawyer and not a musician.
According to the ”Melisa” hit maker his hopes to become a law practitioner took a nose dive and that was the reason he jumped unto the entertainment arena to venture into music.
He further said that his dad was in support of him becoming a lawyer but he (Shatta Wale) decided to go into singing for two years.
Shatta Wale added that his early days as Bandana was not an easy one because he did not earn enough cash from the shows he featured and secondly he was signed unto a record label that did not benefit him at all.
This reasons according to biggest artist currently in Ghana was what drived him to rebrand himself and have a second coming into the music fraternity.
This decision looks like it turned out well since Shatta Wale is now a household name both Ghana and abroad.
