Coronavirus active cases in Nigeria is currently on the spike as 147 new active were recorded on Wednesday, October 28, 2020.
This information has been confirmed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
A breakdown of the new cases is as follows; Lagos-82, FCT-20, Rivers-9, Kaduna-8, Plateau-8, Benue-5, Edo-3, Kano-3, Nasarawa-3, Taraba-3, Ogun-2, Bauchi-1.
There are now 62,371 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the country and 1,139 deaths have been recorded. 58,095 patients who recovered from the disease have also been discharged.
