The statue of former president of Nigeria, Dr. Nnambi Azikiwe (late) has been burnt down by some angry Nigerian crowd.
With chants including “You put us in this mess by championing one Nigeria,” “You are the cause of our trouble,”, they poured fuel on the statue located in Onitsa at the Zik Roundabout and set it ablaze.
This is part of the many violent happenings that accompanied the #EndSARS protest.
