Hon. Kwamena Duncan, The Regional Minister for the Central religion has downplayed the significance of the ballot positions of political parties in relation to their victory.
According to him, the victory of any party will depend on its record of governance as to whether it is good or bad and not ballot paper numbering.

He said; “What is written is written. What is clear is clear . . . I don’t have that believe that numerology can save you if you don’t do a good work. If you don’t execute your mandate effectively, you cannot be saved by numerology,”
He believes that The NPP will win the December 7 polls because it has done a very good job.
