Nigerian comic star, Mark Angel was nearly got beat by Nigerian youths in Port-Harcourt while he was trying to film a skit during the #EndSARS protest.
In the viral video, Mark Angel after been mobbed by the angry youths was seen in the video explaining himself to calm tensions but the boys refused to hear him out.
“Ein go dey do comedy…we go use you do comedy today”, one of the boys said. “Leave am, leave am, don’t do, don’t do”, another was also heard pleading on his behalf.
With the ongoing #EndSARS protest in Nigeria, most popular social media comic stars have halted their normal duties as they’ve joined forces in helping demand justice and an end to police brutality that has been metered against the youth of Nigeria.
Consequently, Mark Angel’s actions are uncalled for considering the times Nigeria is in.
