The Inspector-General Of the Nigerian police has officially announced that a new police unit known as Special Weapons And Tactic Squad has been created to replace the infamous Over Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad stylized as (SARS).
SARS was dissolved after angry Nigerian youths continuously protested for three days in all the major states of the country.
Upon hearing the cry of the protestants, the IGP has initiated a new team to take over the activities of SARS.
Comments from Nigerians on Twitter clearly shows that they are against this new police unit which is set to carry out their official duties.
