Gossip Mongers, Livingstone Etse Satekla, aka Stonebwoy has taken to social media to beg Ghanaians to help him get noticed by the Recording Academy.
Stonebwoy has been tipped by numerous Ghanaian musicians to be the first Ghanaian musician among the four S’s – Sarkodie, Samini, Shatta Wale, and himself – to get nominated as a solo artiste.
Though Stone has made it to the Grammies with the help of Morgan Heritage, it appears his hunger and thirst to make it to the Nominees list is more than anyone can imagine.
The same Grammy award Drake used to sip wine, and Kanye pissed on not long ago, another musician is dying so hard to make it to the nominees list!
For the first time, a musician has gathered all his achievements under the year of review in order to gain the attention of the recording artiste.
Stonebwoy taking to twitter, shared a flyer of his achievements – YouTube views, Number of Albums, International Awards, Local Awards, International Features, Charts, and Headlined Shows – under the hashtag, #StonebwoyForYourGrammyConsideration.
Begging his followers on twitter and Ghanaians at large, Stonebwoy said; “Please tag and share as far and as wide as possible with the hashtag above. @RecordingAcad“, perhaps to him this is the only way the Western World will notice how ‘hardworking’ he is.
