Liberia’s dancehall super-star, known by his stage name Chillout Badman has made it publicly known that the African Dancehall King, Shatta Wale is being worshipped as a god in his country [Liberia].
According to Chillout Badman, Shatta Wale has more than 3 million loyal fans in the country who have the SHATTA MOVEMENT spirit fully injected into their veins.
He made these revelations known during a one-on-one interview with Sammy Flex on an entertainment program dubbed SHOWBIZ DAILY
Going forward, he also added that he became a fan of Shatta Wale seven years ago and his talent motivated him to venture into the dancehall genre.
Chillout Badman is currently in Ghana for a music project which not much is known about at the moment because he wants it to take his fans by surprise.
He paid a courtesy call on Shatta Wale the first day he landed in Ghana to officially pay homage to his mentor.
During the interview he said;
…The idea started from nowhere. I am a dancehall artiste and I have been following Shatta Wale for years. The vision of Shatta Wale is what prompted us to follow SM. We started the movement in Liberia by walking from one ghetto to the other ghetto just to talk to the ghetto youth about the movement. We dedicated ourselves with my man Don Kalon and the rest of the team to various ghettos just to put the youth together to support Shatta Wale…
Chillout badman also indicated that Shatta Wale’s songs inspire the youth to put in their best into anything that they are doing.
Meanwhile, Shatta Wale has revealed that he’s currently suffering from broken heart a few days after his ghost girlfriend dashed him $40k.
In a series of Facebook posts, shatta has also disclosed of embarking on a radio tour soon.
