Popular Ghanaian entertainment critic and music manager Lawrence Asiamah Hanson alias Bulldog has threatened to exit the Shatta Movement camp if Shatta Wale rejoins the “corrupt” VGMA”.
Speaking on UTV’s Showbiz Agenda as a regular panellist, the controversial and outspoken music manger named and shamed Charter House, the organizers of VGMA’s for being a corrupt body who don’t award deserving nominees/artistes.
According to Bulldog, VGMA is no more credible as it used to be some years ago because, currently, nominees are able to bribe the organizers to be awarded although they don’t deserve the awards they are given.
Going forward, Bulldog further disclosed that he has cautioned Shatta Wale never to rejoin the corrupt award scheme because if he does, he will quit his artiste management duties and venture into full-time farming.
Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy have both been suspended from the VGMA’s succeeding their infamous brawl during last edition of the awards night.
