Breaking: Teacher at Accra Girls SHS and wife test positive for coronavirus

Accra Girls Senior High School

Confirmed report in our possession indicates that, a teacher at the Accra Girls’ Senior High School and the spouse have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

This means the school has recorded eight cases as of Monday, July 6, 2020 following the announcement of six students getting infected.

A joined statement issued by the Ghana Education Service (GHS) and the Ghana Health Service (GHS) on Monday evening [July 6, 2020) confirmed that they have all since been sent to a treatment centre and are responding to treatment.
