En-skinned Dancehall Naa, Charles Nii-Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale has asserted that Stonebwoy should focus on winning an IRAWMA as a dancehall act.

According to Shatta Wale on UTV’s United Showbiz, he does not understand why people put Stonebwoy ahead because the latter has won a BET Award.

Shatta said though BET is a prestigious award, he will not kill himself over an Award that recognises artistes who are dominating the RnB and Hip-Hop genre.

Shatta who brags about winning an award at the International Reggae and World Music Awards – IRAWMA – scheme said he values an IRAWMA than a BET.

He advised Stonebwoy to work hard and win an IRAWMA instead of boasting with a BET.

He added that an artiste like Sarkodie deserves a BET because he is into hip-hop and winning it over and over is understandable.
