Nigerian songstress, Simi, has given birth to a baby girl in the United States of America.

Simi, 31, shared the news on Instagram on Sunday and revealed that they had named her Adejare.

It’s like free-falling – this unending, soul snatching, infinite, mind-boggling love. Deja, my baby girl, I got you. We got you. I promise. Now and forever. So help me God. ❤️ 5.30.2020, she wrote.

Named, Adejare Kosoko, the baby girl was born on May 30.

Simi officially announced her pregnancy on April 19, her birthday, when she released her single Duduke, dedicated to her baby. She was seen cradling her baby bump throughout the video.
