Ghana has confirmed 1,279 cases of coronavirus as at Friday, April 24 2020.

From our most recent update, Ghana had recorded 1,154 cases of people infected with the deadly virus, but a new report by the Ghana Health Service states there has been an increment in the number of cases confirmed so far.
